This is a simplified overview and does not replace detailed Terms of Service, but it explains how I usually work with clients.

Clear scope before payment. For each commission we define what will be delivered (features, deadlines, price).
Communication & updates. Clients can ask for progress updates and clarifications during the project.
Bug fixes. If there are bugs directly related to the delivered work, I fix them within a reasonable period agreed with the client.
Access to your files. You receive the compiled plugin / project files and any configuration files included in the agreement.
Refund policy. If I cannot deliver what was agreed or if I cancel the project, I refund the appropriate amount according to the contract or ToS.
Data protection. Any private information shared for the project (server IPs, configs, etc.) is treated confidentially and not shared with third parties.

For big projects or studios, a specific written contract can define more precise terms (support period, intellectual property, maintenance, etc.).
